It's a customer service call from hell, and Ryan's blood is ready to boil. All he wants is to make a simple return for a refund and to make it to work on time. Instead, he finds himself caught in traffic with infuriating hold music blasting through his phone. But Ryan has a job to do, and nothing, not even the busy Chicago roads will stop him.
